Ancient Taoist Exercise to become Immortal

The secret of never growing old was discovered in an ancient Chinese medical manuscript. After being hidden from public view for many years I am now pleased to release part of this knowledge to this Blog’s readers. You must, of course, promise me that you will use this secret wisely and will not divulge the information to anyone else. This is strictly between you and me – okay?
This information is certainly not for general public consumption as, by it’s sexual nature, may offend some people. If, therefore, you do not wish to read further I will understand, simply move on to a blog about crochet, cuddly animals or cauliflowers.

THE SECRETS
Welcome to the Inner Sanctum to hear of a secret Chinese excercise that may well alter your life.
Briefly – the ancient Chinese discovered that the body can only function properly if there is a continuous balanced flow of energy. When balanced properly this energy gives perfect health. If there is a deficiency then disease or illness may follow. The manuscript tells of a system of linking energy centres throughout the body, that correspond to seven major glands, and that these regulate the energy flow.
These energy centres can be thought of as small cups, linked to the next one by a tube. As the bottom cup fills, it will overflow and so energy will travel to the next cup and so on. The seven centres support each other. If the lower ones are not full then the highest, which is also a spiritual centre, will not be filled either.
We are going to concentrate on the first centre. This corresponds to the sexual glands – the prostate and testes in the male and the ovaries, uterus and breasts in the female. We are about to stimulate these glands. This action will push energy up through the centres giving many health benefits.
The ancient Chinese text states that if we have strong sexual glands we will never grow old.
The exercise that follows will …
(a) keep your sexual glands strong and
(b) will stimulate your lowest energy centre and so help to fill it with energy i.e. sexual energy.
The exercise is called The Deer. This is based on observations of how deer continuously stimulate their sexual glands by the movement of their tails from side to side. There are two versions of The Deer, one for male and one for female. If possible do them when naked.
The Deer – Female Version.
Sit cross legged, with your back straight. Use a cushion and wall as support if necessary. The heel of one foot must press tightly against the vagina and clitoris. If you are unable to do this use something such as a hard rubber ball to press against the area. This may give you a pleasant feeling due to the stimulation and release of sexual energy.
Rub your hands together vigorously to make them warm. Once warm place your hands on your breasts so that you can feel the warmth permeating your skin. Now rub your breasts in an outward circular motion. Do this at least 36 times working up, with practice, to 306. This action is also said to help prevent lumps and cancer of the breasts.
The breasts can also be massaged in an inward circular motion (i.e. right hand clockwise, left hand anti-clockwise). This, according to the Chinese, will have the effect of enlarging the breasts.
While rubbing it is important to concentrate on feeling the warmth generated in the breasts and genital region. This shows that sexual energy is being created and will build within the body. This is the first part of the exercise.
Now tighten the muscles of the vagina and anus. Hold for as long as you can, relax and then repeat several times. This can sometimes produce a sensation in the genital area that rises up the spinal column to the head. This indicates that sexual energy is moving up through the glandular system. Once the mentioned muscles get stronger, and can be held, this part of the exercise should be done at the same time as part one.
This simple exercise energises the pubic area and helps maintain beauty and youthfulness. It will increase energy in the body and can build your psychic ability. The Chinese claim this will also cure and prevent vaginal & menstrual problems, colitis, haemorrhoids and similar disorders. Note the exercise should not be done during menstruation or if pregnant.
The Deer – Male Version
Again sit cross legged. Rub hands vigorously until warm. Once warm gently cup the testicles with the right hand. Place the palm of the left hand on the pubis area (about one inch below the naval). Rub your left hand firmly in a circular motion 81 times so that warmth can be felt in the area. Then, after warming hands once more, reverse the positions of the hands – again rubbing 81 times, but this time with the right hand. 81 times creates the highest level of ‘Yang’ energy.
When doing the exercise it is important to concentrate on the warmth being generated, almost as a form of meditation.

After completing part one tighten the anal muscles. Hold, then relax and repeat several times As with the female version after practice this may produce a pleasant feeling that will rise up the spinal column to the top of the head.
Once you have gained control over the anal muscles then tighten and hold them while carrying out part one of the exercise.
The male version of The Deer is said to cure and prevent prostate problems and help treat impotence and premature ejaculation. It will also stop you from growing old. Contracting the anal muscles will enlarge the head of the penis which will increase the enjoyment of your sexual activity. Ejaculation should not follow this exercise as the purpose is to store the sexual energy created. Should an erection occur while practising The Deer press down firmly with the thumb, of the hand holding the testicles, on the base of the penis next to the pubis. This will inhibit the flow of blood into the penis and allow the energy to build within the sexual glands.
AND FINALLY
The Deer is a serious, though simple to learn, exercise that can bring genuine health benefits. It is often carried out as part of a regime that also includes exercises called The Turtle and The Crane as well as what the Chinese call Internal Exercises. Unfortunately there isn’t the space here to expand on this more.
The Deer ideally should be practised twice a day – first thing in the morning and just before going to bed. For most of us this isn’t possible but once a day will bring interesting results – providing done regularly. The exercise increases sexual energy which may well lead to a greater sex drive – which is perfectly natural. Taoism advises, however, to always maintain a reserve of energy. This will lead to strong sexual organs which in turn is part of the secret of continuous, never ending youthfulness.
Try The Deer and then, when you feel and see the benefits, go on to discover the other Chinese exercises I have touched upon. I have personally found them to be of great value and combine them with my Yoga most evenings. A friend of mine increased her breast cup size and recovered her sex drive and energy following her son being born – by practising The Deer. Her partner is delighted.

Ancient Secrets for Living a Very Long Time

Now this seems like commonsense and most likely is not the whole answer as there are people that adopt these types of diets that are not defying the aging process so to speak. At least not yet.

I am sure many must have wondered at some time what wonderful secret these great men possessed that enabled them to live for nearly a thousand years and also to father children at well over a hundred years of age.
The answer was primarily in their diet. They existed on a frugal diet of fruit and herbs, coupled with regular periods of fasting. This combination brought about perfect health and vitality and the regeneration of their youth.
Man was created to live and not to die. Death is unnatural. The soul is immortal and the spirit is immortal. If the blood is pure and the glandular system is in perfect working order then the body is potentially immortal too.
The ancients achieved perfect health and longevity by:
1. Choosing to live in a warm climate.
2. Taking plenty of outdoor activity.
3. Drinking pure uncontaminated water, free from chemicals and additives.
4. Eating only natural foods.
5. Eating frugally and never over eating.
The body has two main activities: the digestion of food and the renewal of itself. The moment the last morsel of food has been digested, and the stomach cleared, the body sets about renewing its old worn out cells and tissues and replacing them with new ones. In short the body is renewing its youth over and over. In todays modern western society there is almost universal overeating. The body is overwhelmed with food and spends nearly all its time in the process of digestion. This leaves little or no time for renewal and regeneration. Decay and ‘old age’ therefore sets in. Most people are literally eating themselves into the grave.
6. Eating food in its natural state i.e. uncooked.
7. Eating mostly alkaline forming (fruit and vegetables etc) rather than acid producing foods.
Alkaline foods are basically regenerating while acid foods are degenerating. Note they did not eat cereals which, excluding millet and soya, are hightly acidic.
8. Having fruit comprise the majority (60-75%) of the days food intake.
9. Not eating meat or other flesh food. Meat is poison to the body (killed food kills the body) and it is equally poisonous to the soul.
As the old proverb says: ‘You are what you eat’. The aggresive and bestial side of mans’ nature stems from his (unnatural) eating of animal flesh and blood. Man was intended to be a fruitarian and not a carnivore.
10. Regular fasting. Fasting enables the body to cleanse the bloodstream of impurities and toxins. A polluted bloodstream leads to disease and degeneration. A pure bloodstream leads to good health and regenearation – and the maintenance of youth and vitality.
11. Preserving the life force. The sex act was respected and practised solely in its sacred and intended form i.e. for the creation of children. The ancients had sex only once or twice a year.
Here then is the secret knowledge of the ancients that enabled Adam and Methuselah to live close on one thousand years. How tragic that the doctors with their ‘miracle’ modern medicines can offer 21st Century man a lifespan of little more than the paltry ‘three score and ten’ when we could all have immortality.

Try The Turtle
The turtle is well known for it’s longevity and performs only one major exercise – stretching its neck forward and pulling its chin inward toward the base of the neck, again and again.
This exercise releases neck tension as well as tension of the brain. It can also stretch the entire spine, energise the neck, strengthen the shoulder muscles, removing tiredness and soreness and help to stimulate the thyroid which is thought to increase energy and help you feel younger.
Inflammation and Aging

When I am sick or have a headache, I feel old and look older. I have seen this time and time again, that there is a drastic and immediate aging effect as a function of acute illness. The mechanism to make the body break down is inflammation. But, what about chronic inflammation, I also notice that when I eat alot of meat , pasta or wheat products that the same effect of aging is taking place. The inflammation is the cause. When I flip back into raw fruits and vegetables diets, I begin to look younger significantly younger. But, what about low-grade chronic inflammation? Our immune system is constantly fighting off latent diseases that are still embedded in our genetics. The effects are chronic sub-clinical inflammation that accelerates or is the main cause of aging.
Simply taking anti-inflammatories are not the answer, since the diseases are still embedded on the genetic code. The play is still going on, even though we are not aware of it. Then use of high energy technologies such as bio-resonance, tachyon and Orgone help assist in the removal of the negative imprints on the genetic code. It is these songs that need to be deleted from the genetic record. Bio-resonance removes negative memory patterns gradually. The loss of negativity triggers a reduction in immune system responses and a repairing of the genetic code. The immune system does respond to negative emotional states in addition to highly acidic foods and toxins. The reduction of inflammatory responses whether due to emotional, mental stresses, viruses, pathogens or food is one of the primary keys to reversing your AGE.

They say aging is one of the only certain things in life. But it turns out they were wrong. In recent years, gerontologists have overturned much of the conventional wisdom about getting old. Aging is not the simple result of the passage of time. According to a provocative new view, it is actually something our own bodies create, a side effect of the essential inflammatory system that protects us against infectious disease. As we fight off invaders, we inflict massive collateral damage on ourselves, poisoning our own organs and breaking down our own tissues. We are our own worst enemy.
This paradox is transforming the way we understand aging. It is also changing our understanding of what diseases are and where they come from. Inflammation seems to underlie not just senescence but all the chronic illnesses that often come along with it: diabetes, atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s, heart attack. “Inflammatory factors predict virtually all bad outcomes in humans,” says Russell Tracy, a professor of pathology and biochemistry at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, whose pioneering research helped demonstrate the role of inflammation in heart disease. “It predicts having heart attacks, having heart failure, becoming diabetic; predicts becoming fragile in old age; predicts cognitive function decline, even cancer to a certain extent.”
The idea that chronic diseases might be caused by persistent inflammation has been kicking around since the 19th century. Only in the past few years, though, have modern biochemistry and the emerging field of systems biology made it possible to grasp the convoluted chemical interactions involved in bodywide responses like inflammation. Over a lifetime, this essential set of defensive mechanisms runs out of bounds and gradually damages organs throughout the body

SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) Anti Aging Enzyme

In the study on Rockfish there are some fish that live over 200 years old. One of the attribute that they have is that there SOD levels do not go down as they get older. The longlived versions of the Rockfish do not show any aging signs, researchers have coined the phrase “Negligible Senescence.”
Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is an enzyme that repairs cells and reduces the damage done to them by superoxide, the most common free radical in the body. SOD is found in both the dermis and the epidermis, and is key to the production of healthy fibroblasts (skin-building cells).

Studies have shown that SOD acts as both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in the body, neutralizing the free radicals that can lead to wrinkles and precancerous cell changes. Researchers are currently studying the potential of superoxide dismutase as an anti-aging treatment, since it is now known that SOD levels drop while free radical levels increase as we age.
Superoxide Dismutase helps the body use zinc, copper, and manganese. There are two types of SOD: copper/zinc (Cu/Zn) SOD and manganese (Mn) SOD. Each type of SOD plays a different role in keeping cells healthy. Cu/Zn SOD protects the cells’ cytoplasm, and Mn SOD protects their mitochondria from free radical damage.
Abnormalities in the copper- and zinc-dependent superoxide dismutase gene may contribute to the development of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), or Lou Gehrig’s disease, in some people. ALS is a fatal disease that causes deterioration of motor nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It has been theorized that low levels of superoxide dismutase in those with ALS leaves nerve cells unprotected from the free radicals that can kill them, so researchers have been studying the effect of vitamin E and other antioxidant supplements on the progression of this disease. It was hoped that regular doses of antioxidants could make up for the lack of SOD and help neutralize free radicals. Initial studies were promising, and indicated that vitamin E supplementation could potentially slow the progression of ALS, with some researchers claiming that the risk of death from ALS was as much as 62 percent lower in regular vitamin E users compared to nonusers.
Superoxide Dismutase has also been used to treat arthritis, prostate problems, corneal ulcers, burn injuries, inflammatory diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and long-term damage from exposure to smoke and radiation, and to prevent side effects of cancer drugs. In its topical form, it may help to reduce facial wrinkles, scar tissue, heal wounds and burns, lighten dark or hyperpigmentation, and protect against harmful UV rays.
SOD is found in barley grass, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, wheatgrass, and most green plants. The body needs plenty of vitamin C and copper to make this natural antioxidant, so be sure to get enough of these substances in your diet as well. SOD is also available by injection, sublingual oral supplements, enteric-coated pills, and topical creams. However, keep in mind that this substance must be absorbed in the small intestines, so it is important to choose oral supplements that are either enteric coated or sublingual in order to bypass the stomach acid that destroys SOD before it can be absorbed by the body.

Intravenous Vitamin C Cures…I mean Treats H1N1 Swine flu

This man was taken from his deathbed in as little as 4 days with 100grams of Vitamin C intravenous. There have been cases where as high as 3000 grams of Vitamin C have been administered in IV form for Cancer without any side effects.

A 56 year old male was referred to Auckland Hospital ICU on 1 July 2009 with total respiratory failure, for ECMO external oxygenation. The patient had contracted H1N1 Swine flu (confirmed by tests) while on holiday overseas, and had developed what is known as ‘white out’ pneumonia. This refers to x-rays showing no air space in the lungs.
After 20 days of life-sustaining ECMO treatment and other critical care, the patient, who was unconscious by induced coma, had not responded. The ICU team advised the family of the likely outcome and had prepared them for the possibility of the patient’s death.
Family members approached Centre for Advanced Medicine Limited (CAM) for advice on the clinical use of intravenous vitamin C for such cases.
At the family’s request, information was provided to ICU doctors including ISO 9001:2008 registered protocols, safety data, dosages and access to vials of IV vitamin C under CAM’s license for wholesale medicines.
The ICU team agreed to administer intravenous vitamin C according to the family’s wishes. This decision acknowledged the family’s rights, in compliance with the New Zealand Health and Disability Act, 1997.
The patient received intravenous vitamin C starting on the evening of 21 July, continuing until 29 July. 25 grams was provided on the first day increasing over the first three days to 50 grams twice daily which was sustained for a further six days.
By 24 July x-rays indicated increasing lung function and ECMO external oxygenation was discontinued on 26 July. After several days of assisted ventilation and critical care for ongoing secondary conditions, the patient was able to commence his recovery and rehabilitation.
The patient was discharged from hospital on Friday 18 September, and is recovering at home on the farm.
The decision by the Auckland Hospital ICU team to administer adequate dosages of IV vitamin C, and their skillful coordination of ICU procedures, were responsible for the positive medical outcome.

Cellphone Radiation Reverses Alzheimer’s and Removes Beta-Amyloid Plaque

This article is real interesting on a number of levels. First the removal of Beta-Amyloid plaque is a consequence of Alzheimer’s. Beta-Amyloid plaque is a structured protein waste that accumulates with age throughout the whole body. One of the only methods currently to remove Beta-Amyloid plaque is through the use of Serrapeptase, an enzyme generated by the silkworm that eats structured waste products in the body. In this article they curiously use the word erase rather than remove. Are the cellphone frequencies erasing the underlying pattern within the genetic code and as a result the Beta-amyloid plaque is dissapearing?

All those cancer concerns surrounding cell phones may have to make room for good news. Astonished scientists found that electromagnetic radiation from cell phones not only boosted the memories of young mice, but even reversed Alzheimer’s symptoms in old mice. Their study marks the first to investigate how long-term electromagnetic radiation affects memory function.
The University of South Florida study showed that the electromagnetic waves erase brain deposits of the harmful protein beta-amyloid, which represents a hallmark of mentally crippling Alzheimer’s disease. The exposure also prevented build-up from the protein in younger Alzheimer’s mice — a possible lead on future non-invasive Alzheimer’s treatments for humans.
Almost 100 mice endured two 1-hour periods of daily exposure to an antenna that generated a cell phone signal, during a period of seven to nine months. Most of the mice were genetically engineered to develop Alzheimer’s, but some non-demented mice also allowed researchers to see how the electromagnetic waves affect normal memory.
Even the non-demented mice saw benefits from the exposure through increased blood flow and energy metabolism in the brain. That improved brain activity actually boosted the memory of the mice to above-normal levels.
“It will take some time to determine the exact mechanisms involved in these beneficial memory effects,” said Gary Arendash, a biomedical researcher at the University of Southern Florida. “One thing is clear, however — the cognitive benefits of long-term electromagnetic exposure are real, because we saw them in both protection- and treatment-based experiments involving Alzheimer’s mice, as well as in normal mice.”
Future non-invasive treatments based on electromagnetic exposure might even help soldiers suffering from traumatic brain injury due to blasts, Arendash and his colleagues said. Such traumatic brain injuries also involve boosted production of the troublesome beta-amyloid plaque.

Symptoms of Iodine Deficiency

With the addition of full-body x-ray scanners at the airports iodine supplementation is needed now more that ever. It is the number one treatment for radiation poisoning.

LEFT OVER ONIONS ARE POISONOUS
This I never knew as I have eaten left over onions all the time. I will stop immediately and only buy smaller onions. I have seen Onions become jet black and never knew why.
I have used an onion which has been left in the fridge, and sometimes I don’t use a whole one at one time, so save the other half for later.
Now with this info, I have changed my mind……..will buy smaller onions in the future.

I had the wonderful privilege of touring Mullins Food Products, Makers of mayonnaise. Mullins is huge, and is owned by 11 brothers and sisters in the Mullins family. My friend, Jeanne, is the CEO.
Questions about food poisoning came up, and I wanted to share what I learned from a chemist.
The guy who gave us our tour is named Ed. He’s one of the brothers Ed is a chemistry expert and is involved in developing most of the sauce formula.. He’s even developed sauce formula for McDonald’s.
Keep in mind that Ed is a food chemistry whiz. During the tour, someone asked if we really needed to worry about mayonnaise. People are always worried that mayonnaise will spoil. Ed’s answer will surprise you. Ed said that all commercially- made Mayo is completely safe.

sitting on the table and how everyone blames the mayonnaise when someone gets sick.
Ed says that when food poisoning is reported, the first thing the officials look for is when the ‘victim’ last ate ONIONS and where those onions came from (in the potato salad?). Ed says it’s not the mayonnaise (as long as it’s not homemade Mayo) that spoils in the outdoors. It’s probably the onions, and if not the onions, it’s the POTATOES.
He explained, onions are a huge magnet for bacteria, especially uncooked onions. You should never plan to keep a portion of a sliced onion. He says it’s not even safe if you put it in a zip-lock bag and put it in your refrigerator.
It’s already contaminated enough just by being cut open and out for a bit, that it can be a danger to you (and doubly watch out for those onions you put in your hotdogs at the baseball park!)
Ed says if you take the leftover onion and cook it like crazy you’ll probably be okay, but if you slice that leftover onion and put on your sandwich, you’re asking for trouble. Both the onions and the moist potato in a potato salad, will attract and grow bacteria faster than any commercial mayonnaise will even begin to break down.
So, how’s that for news? Take it for what you will. I (the author) am going to be very careful about my onions from now on. For some reason, I see a lot of credibility coming from a chemist and a company that produces millions of pounds of mayonnaise every year.’
Also, dogs should never eat onions. Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions …..
Please remember it is dangerous to cut onions and try to use it to cook the next day, it becomes highly poisonous for even a single night and creates Toxic bacteria which may cause Adverse Stomach infections because of excess Bile secretions and even Food poisoning.
Onions Can Protect You from the Swine Flu

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu.
Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died.
The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn’t believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in NZ. She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work. (And no, she is not in the onion business.)
The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home. If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere. Try it and see what happens. We did it last year and we never got the flu.

I don’t know about the farmers story…but, I do know that I contacted pneumonia and needless to say I was very ill…I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar…placing the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs… sure enough it happened just like that…the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.
Another thing I read in the article was that onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties.
