SEATTLE, WA…. As formations of unmarked tanker aircraft continue to
criss-cross American skies on a mission authorities refuse to disclose, an
environmental laboratory has identified an extremely toxic component of the
spray drifting over cities and countryside.

ENS has learned that samples of oily fallout collected by farmers, truck
drivers and pilots in Maryland and Pennsylvania were tested by Aqua-Tech
Environmental of Marion, Ohio in September, 1997 and found to contain
ethylene dibromide (EDB). An extremely hazardous pesticide, EDB was banned
by the US Environmental Protection Agency in 1983.
But in 1991, the composition of jet fuel used by commercial and military jet
aircraft in the U.S. was changed from JP4 to somewhat less flammable JP8. A
Department of Defence source says the move “has saved some lives” in air
crashes. Ethylene dibromide is a key component of JP8.

The 1991 Chemical Hazards of the Workplace warns that repeated exposure to
low levels of ethylene dibromide results in “general weakness, vomiting,
diarrhea, chest pains, coughing and shortness of breath, upper respiratory
tract irritation” and respiratory failure caused by swelling of the lymph
glands in the lungs. “Deterioration of the heart, liver and kidneys, and
hemorrhages in the respiratory tract,” can also result from prolonged
contact with JP8.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s hazardous materials
list: “Ethylene dibromide is a carcinogen and must be handled with extreme
caution.” A seven-page summary of this pesticide’s extreme toxicity notes
that EDB may also damage the reproductive system. According to the EPA,
“Exposure can irritate the lungs, repeated exposure may cause bronchitis,
development of cough, and shortness of breath. It will damage the liver and
kidneys”.

Mark Witten, a respiratory physiologist at the University of Arizona in
Tucson where an official US Air Force study on JP8 was carried out, told
Scientist in March, 1998 that crew chiefs “seem to have more colds, more
bronchitis, more chronic coughs than the people not exposed to jet fuel.”
EDB is 6.5-times heavier than air. Unlike normal contrails, the thick white
streamers being sprayed from downward-pointing tailbooms over at least 39
states does not dissipate, but spreads into an overcast that refracts a
purple color in sunlight and appears suddenly as an oily film in puddles and
ponds.

Hundreds of photographs and videotapes made by ground observers show pairs
or larger formations of aircraft spreading a white mist that thickens and
drifts toward the ground. More than 200 eye-witnesses - including police
officers, pilots, military and public health personnel - have provided
detailed accounts of aerial spraying in characteristic “X”s and east-to-west
grid patterns, followed by occluded skies - and acute auto-immune reactions
and respiratory infections throughout affected regions.

“I keeps coughing phlegm that tastes bad,” 50 year old Mary Young of
Sallisaw, Oklahoma told ENS after an aircraft sprayed her home at rooftop
level one night last January with something that struck the windows like
sand. “My eyes hurt, my joints hurt. I’m not catchin’ my breath right. I
can’t get rid of this cold. I’ve had this bad headache - it’s not just a
headache. My eyeballs hurt so bad - way in the back - I just wish they would
fall out.”

Severe headaches, nosebleeds, shortness of breath, joint pain and a dry
hacking cough “that never leaves” are being reported by countless Americans
jamming hospital Emergency Rooms from coast to coast. While December and
January are traditionally bad months for asthma sufferers, patients, doctors
and nurses across the U.S. report hospital wards filled to overflowing with
bronchitis, pneumonia and acute asthma admissions at up to twice normal
winter rates.

Early last month, The News and Observer of Raleigh, North Carolina reported
that respiratory admissions to Durham regional hospital jumped from the
usual 184 patients a day to 247. Ambulance drivers were told that the
hospital was not receiving any more patients.

In New York City, doctors are calling a flood of respiratory cases an
epidemic. “We have people double- and triple-parked in the ER on
stretchers,” Dr. Elliot Friedman, associate director of emergency medicine
at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, told the New York Times on
January 31. “And there have been times when upwards of 40 people have been
admitted but are waiting for someone to be discharged,” Friedman added.
“This high fever is not typical of other flus,” Dr. Sigurd Ackerman, the
president of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center told the ‘Times shortly
after a TV cameraman panned up to frame lingering “X”-shaped contrails over
Times-Square. Dr. Robert Saken, a partner in the Soho Pediatrics Group, told
that newspaper, “It was surprising to me how sick they got and how quickly
it happened.”

Dr. Ilya Spigland, Montefiore hospital’s director of virology, doesn’t know
the reason for the sudden epidemic of respiratory cases. It is, Spigland
told the New York Times, “very possible that the increase in respiratory
infections may not be due to the flu.”

Reich posited a conjugate, life-annulling energy in opposition to orgone, which he dubbed Deadly Orgone or DOR. He wrote that accumulations of DOR played a role in desertification, and he designed a “cloudbuster” with which he said he could manipulate streams of orgone energy in the atmosphere to induce rain by forcing clouds to form and disperse. According to a reliable source in Ellsworth the following climactic changes took place in that city on the night of July 6 and the early morning of July 7: “Rain began to fall shortly after ten o’clock Monday evening, first as a drizzle and then by midnight as a gentle, steady rain. Rain continued throughout the night, and a rainfall of 0.24 inches was recorded in Ellsworth the following morning.”

A puzzled witness to the “rain-making” process said: “The queerest looking clouds you ever saw began to form soon after they got the thing rolling.” And later the same witness said the scientists were able to change the course of the wind by manipulation of the device.[50]

The blueberry crop survived, the farmers declared themselves satisfied, and Reich received his fee.

Since approximately 1998, thousands of people started noticing airplanes spraying X’s, parallel lines, and grid patterns across our skies. These trails initially look like contrails but actually aren’t. According to the U.S. Air Force, contrails are condensation trails and happen when hot engine exhaust momentarily condenses ice crystals into pencil-thin vapor trails that quickly vanish like the wave behind a boat, very much like your breath when talking outside on a cold winter day. Chemtrails, on the other hand, linger for hours and will spread out to form large areas of “cloud” cover.

There are several theories as to why these operations may be occurring. However, most of the documentation available points to geo-engineering and space weaponry as the reasons that these spray operations are occurring. A concept that keeps popping up in major governmental studies is the idea of spraying aluminum oxide particles into the atmosphere to create a sunscreen.

This concept is exactly what respected scientist Edward Teller, the father of the H-Bomb, called for in 1997 while at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories. In a government sponsored report called Global Warming and Ice Ages, he suggested the scattering of 1 million tons of materials into the atmosphere in order to reflect 1% of incoming sunlight. He states that it would be cheaper to slow global warming through “stratospheric deployment of oxide particulates” than to actually slow down
greenhouse gases connected with fossil-fired energy production.

The sunscreen concept is also called for in a major congressional study titled Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming, which was sponsored by the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering, and the Institute of Medicine. This huge study was reported in 1992 and is the textbook on greenhouse gasses, global warming, policy decisions and mitigations. In this study, they talk about spraying the atmosphere with “stratospheric dust or soot” and to “simulate clouds” in order to mitigate global warming. The study also suggested dumping iron into the ocean to stimulate plankton that could potentially eat carbon dioxide. By looking at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories’ recent dumping of iron in the ocean to do just that, you can see that these are not just theories. They are theories in actual use. But the iron theory backfired when a large amount of fish died. So what are the unreported consequences of spraying the atmosphere?

Living in Manhattan I do not get to experience the effects of Orgone much outside the home. I would love to put an Orgone chembuster right on my roof, but I live in a building complex that is owned by a major corporation. Right after 9-11, they closed off access to the roof and put an alarm on it. They also painted the apartment number in large Bold white letters on the top of the roof, if I was a bit conspratorial, I would say that they are doing this so they can secretly snatch people out of their homes. Thank God, I am not a target, all I do is make weather modification devices that eliminate chemtrails and disable the Haarp project, nothing to get worried about or sell a vertical striped flag that promotes a return to a Constitutional government; or a site that promotes a State congressional Gold money bill. I got nothing to worry about.
Let’s move off that train of thought, I have been selling a bunch of Chembusters as of late, I have noticed that everytime I take them over to UPS the skies begin to clear during the four block walk. A few times there has been a weather report of rain all day long and what ended up happening is that the skies cleared in Manhattan. I also noticed the other day, actually Jennifer did (my super model assistant) that Orgone; actually was interfering with the wireless signature in my apartment. I store Orgone on my window in the living room, the wireless connection is very slow and often disconnects in the living room, while in the kitchen and bedroom it is fine. In both the kitchen and the bedroom, I do not have any orgone on the window sill. In the living room, I used to have 2 Center piece pyramids in the living room on top of twin bookcases. The cable stopped working to the point that I had the cable guy (not Jim Carrey) show up three times before I realized that the Pyramids were shutting down the cable access. When I moved the Pyramids out of the living room, the cable miraculously restored itself.
I hesitate to mention this but it looks like maybe I might have a prototype ready of the dotto ring by the end of October.
