Orgone Chembusters

Orgone Chembusters and the Wacky World of NY Real Estate

The last time we lefted off, I had just placed a chembuster on a rooftop of a 14 story building downtown that is up for sale for over $40 million dollars. The building has been empty for over 10 years, it was originally a bank and later a sweatshop. Three days after I placed the Chembuster on the roof, the owner “fell in love” with the building. He immediately started to clean up the building and had the elevator working by the end of the week. Nick the Real Estate Agent who I was working with was not happy. He had an exclusive on the building which he was now going to lose because the owner was developing himself.
I decided to place another Chembuster at Nick’s office since this was the second time, he was cut out of a commission on a building I cleared. The first one was at the German Polyclinic on St. Mark’s and 2nd Ave. That one was vacant for 12 years. After doing a little ritual in the St. Marks spot and adding some orgone cones in the building , the former clinic had two movie shoots as well as a lease signed for over 1 million dollars. Nick did not have an exclusive on St. Mark’s.
Well, the story with the Downtown building apparently is not over yet. While at a barbeque at Nick’s office, I found out that the building was actually in the process of being sold and for some strange reason, the owner slipped up at the last moment and spilled the beans to Nick. What was apparently going down was a bit of deception to cut Nick out of a commission. Apparently Nick’s name will be on the contract as of this moment. The second chembuster may have flushed out the truth behind the property. Apparently Orgone does more than just regulate the weather, it appears to regulate conciousness as well. The U.S. government abandoned the use of Orgone for weather modification, when it found out it could not manipulate it as a weapon.

More on the Orgone Chembusters and Real Estate Clearing

After clearing the German Polyclinic on St. Marks which ended with the building being rented for 1 Million per year, the next project was a building in Chinatown. I placed a chembuster on the roof of this 18 story building, on June 2nd. The building was formerly a sweatshop and has been vacant for over 12 years. The owner was attempting to sell it for an outrageous figure of over 40 million dollars. My friend Nick had an opportunity to by the building 10 years ago for 12 million, but had the deal fell through as the financing collapsed.
Three days after placing the Chembuster on the roof, the owner proclaimed that he now loved the building and that he was going to renovate it, himself and develop it into a hotel. He actually started to clean up the building the next day and had the elevator fixed. Nick who had the exclusive on the building was a little pissed at first since he was again cut out of a potential commission but later got it when he understood that the Orgone technology does actually work.
To make money for Nick’s Real Estate company I decided we needed to clear Nick’s office in Soho. I gave him a couple of cones and a pyramid to start. Steve who works at Nick’s company has three cones sitting on his desk. He got a commission on an apartment rental three days after placing the cones on his desk. Steve has been in a dry spell for a few months focusing more on his web design company rather than real estate sales and rentals. Nick called me up two days later to come over and cook steaks because he just bought 10 lbs of Filet mignon for $50 off a guy on the street that works in the meat-packing district.
We bought a throw-away barbeque and cooks the steaks right out in front of the Real Estate office. A three man band was walking through Soho playing on the street, we invited them over and they ended up playing for about an hour, while a whole crowd was congregating wondering what was going on. We ended up having a party for about 4 hours until we cooked the whole ten pounds of beef between the six guys from the office. I went home and started making a chembuster to put on the top of Nick’s roof. Last night I finished it and dropped it off at his office. It should go up by tomorrow at the latest. One of the ideas I had a few years was to have Chembuster’s on rooftops all over Manhattan.German PolyClinic St. Marks

Orgone Chembusters and Clearing Manhattan Real Estate

I live in Manhattan and do not have much opportunity to work with Orgone outside. I only know what my customers tell me through testimonials and conversations on the phone. It is so regulated here that there literally is no place to put an Orgone Chembuster outside in the city. Through my activities with the Ron Paul Presidential campaign, I met a NY Realtor who has a large inventory of buildings for sale. Nick also is an internet guy, so we would often meet for dinner at a diner in the East Village called Veselka. Nick would often complain how the real estate market is collapsing in NY, nothing is selling. Nick only sells buildings or rents large commercial spaces.
Nick joked about this building across the street from the diner, the Orgone Chembuster st and 2nd Ave as being haunted like the Amityville horror. A German Mental Health clinic from the 1930’s, I will let your mind fill in the blanks. I said I could do a ghost-busting job with Orgone, Nick said really? I said why not, it’s worth a shot. Nick said we can go in the building right now, I have the keys. Ok, sure. We went in and the place was a wreck. I got the cold chills, the movements out of the corner of my eye. Doors creaking, the whole bit. While I was in there I said “this was a great place for a horror film”. Nick said they shot a film their in the 90’s but that it has been dormant for the last 12 years. I said this building has not been rented in 12 years? In Manhattan? I have walked by this building for 12 years and never really noticed it before.
The next night I came back with three pyramids, six cones and about a dozen Orgone chips. I placed them mostly in the lobby of the building and a few in the basement. I did a prayer about removing the ghosts and bad vibes, some brief meditation and then we were done. I followed up for a few days with a meditation at home, this was six weeks ago.
Two weeks later was the first film shoot, soon followed by a second film company MTV shooting a video there.
A month later the building was rented to an Advertising firm for a million dollars a year. The irony is that is it was a competing Real Estate company that got all the deals. Nick, though became a believer so he said let’s do another building down in Lower Manhattan that I have an exclusive on. So on Tuesday, I got to put my first chembuster on a rooftop in Manhattan. I am leaving the exact location a secret for now. I would like to get several others up on rooftops by the end of the summer.
