Orgone Newsletter: Anti-Aging Supplements Serrapeptase and Resveratrol

I have switched gears and moved to focusing on a nutritional supplementation approach for Anti-aging applications. I have been reading a book that I keep losing called the End of Aging by Aubrey Grey. He has coined a term called Bio-remediation that is an approach that Aging is a function of cellular damage from oxidative processes and an accumulation of structured waste products that the body has not evolved enough to remove. Amyloid plaque is one such waste product, I have been experimenting with high dosages of Serrapeptase to remove the plaque which accumulates everywhere in the body greatly inhibiting the metabolic process. A leading cause of Alzheimers disease is an accumulation of plaque on the brain, Serrapeptase has been shown to reverse Alzheimer’s symptoms. The overall reduction of plaque in the body leads to an increase in the waste product removal. I have been convinced of the efficacy of Serrapeptase, enough of the efficacy of the product to add in to my line of anti-aging products
Serrapeptase is an enzyme derived from silk worms. It’s greatest benefit is it’s ability to dissolve amyloid plaque one of the main Aging symptoms in the body. Amyloid plaque is a byproduct of cross-linking of Protein and sugars in the body. This plaque accumulates everywhere in the body and is the source of much chronic pain in older people. Alzheimer’s disease is also an accumulation of Amyloid plaque in the brain. I am highlighting this product as an anti-aging supplement because of it’s ability means to reduce the accumulation of structured waste in the body. Structure waste does not directly cause death, but it does slow down the metabolic processes that eventually lead to old age and death.
The human body has not adapted to break down structured waste, because we simply do not live long enough to die directly from the accumulation of structured waste. Solutions of course are found in other places such as the silkworm, which primarily feeds off structured waste and there are micro-organisms in the soil that accomplish the same end.
The other product that holds even more promise as an Anti-aging supplement is Resveratrol– The red wine extract. Trans-Resveratrol, the active ingredient to activate the SIRT1 Gene. Resveratrol in high dosages, equivalent to 4000 glasses of Red wine per day triggers the body to burn fat and build muscle. The SIRT1 gene appears to be a survival of the fittest characteristic that has gone dormant in today’s modern sedentary lifestyle. Perhaps the most exciting research being conducted on resveratrol is occurring within the realm of life extension. Researchers have determined that resveratrol has the ability to extend the lives of yeast, worms, fruit flies, a certain species of fish, and obese mice up to 70%, 29%, 24%, 50%, and 31% respectively (depending on the amount of resveratrol given).
According to Mr. Auwerx, resveratrol alters muscle fibers to make them more like muscle fibers of a trained athlete. Resveratrol significantly increased the number of mitochondria in the muscles cells of the mice (mitochondria are responsible for generating cells’ energy). The increased mitochondria allowed the mice to burn more calories and thus avoid weight gain. The result was an increase in the endurance of the mice by 30% without the need for an exercise regimen.
